Gift Sets as a motivator

Most of the company’s present gift sets to their employees besides or in lieu of money every year. The Presents range from audit system to iPods. Some companies offer fully paid tour packages to employees. In one company whenever the year end employees discuss among themselves what would be gift sets for this year and what to choose as gifts for her or him. Gift sets have become a motivator as one feels happy when she or he is given presents or Gifts for her or him.
Employers are also liberal in choosing the gift sets since they are aware the employee should be happy on receipt of the gifts for her or him which will help to improve their performance. Some of the bigger companies arrange a get together and announce the gift sets to its employees based on their grade and performance. If a couple happen to be working in this type of companies they need not go for purchase of any consumer durables as they will get gift sets from their employers as annual gifts for her or him and they can also choose what type of gift sets they want as gifts for her or him.
